DonateWanderkite in my language means ‘Voboghuri‘; a term I have coined to define a female traveller. It can also mean a kite (ghuri) that wanders the world (Vobo). It comes from the existing word ‘Voboghure‘, which means a male traveler in my language (Bengali), to express a male traveller. Historically, travelling has been a diffcult passion for women to pursue while being close to impossible for a woman with a brown background. Nevertheless, time to change is now and my effort to be a part of the change has never had a limit.
